February: Introducing Green Check Connect Marketplace
- Green Check Connect: We launched our marketplace, connecting cannabis-related businesses to financial services, reinforcing our commitment to CRBs and the service providers that serve them.
- Archive/Deny CRBs: Gain more control with the ability to archive/deny CRB accounts at any stage, enhancing self-service capabilities.
March: Tasks & Assignments Beta and Due Diligence Preview
- Tasks & Assignments: For our first iteration of Tasks, we gave you the ability to create and track manual tasks, advancing collaboration and efficiency.
- Due Diligence Preview: Preview due diligence templates to streamline onboarding and avoid redundant info gathering.
April: Account Monitoring Insights and Clone Fields
- More Account Monitoring Insights: Two new insights added, focusing on customer activity and sales growth rate, offering deeper analytics for account reviews.
- Clone Custom Fields: Save time when building to clone fields within due diligence templates and questionnaires.
May: Tasks from Comments and DBA Field for Accounts
- Tasks from Comments: Turn comments into actionable tasks, enhancing communication and follow-up.
- DBA Field for Accounts: Track additional business names with the 'Doing Business As' field in the application process.
June: System-Generated Tasks and Negative News Alerts

August: User Management and Cash Reconciliation
- User Management: The new Account Users tab allows you to view all CRB users and their info in one place.
- Cash Reconciliation: Track cash sales, deposits, and variances at a glance in Monitoring Reviews.
- FinCEN Efficiencies: Select from existing "subjects" to populate subject info within a SAR or CTR.
September: Inviting and Editing CRB Users and POS Integrations
- Invite and Edit CRB Users: Self-service capabilities to view, invite, and edit CRB users and their info.
- New POS Integration: A new integration for Meadow, expanding POS options for CRBs.
New Ideas Portal: Share ideas and vote on requests from peers.
October: Unarchiving Accounts and Historical Sales Ingestion
- Unarchive Accounts: Unarchive accounts without intervention from support, which provides more control over your processes.
- Historical Sales Ingestion: Understand client activity better with the ability to ingest historic sales for any CRB account.
November: CRB Analytics Email
- CRB Analytics Email: Your CRBs now receive weekly digest emails summarizing point-of-sale statistics for better sales insights.
- S2S Integration: Metrc Retail integration available for CRBs.
December: Tasks for CRBs
- Enhanced Tasks: Streamlined task management with the ability to send tasks directly to CRBs, fostering collaboration.
