Tasks & Assignments: View ALL System Generated Tasks
Exciting news—starting today, you can view ALL system generated tasks in one place! This release rounds out Green Check's Task feature, where you can view and manage manually created tasks, tasks created via the comment widget, and now system generated tasks, which are all the tasks that Green Check automatically creates.

Negative News
Last week, we introduced Green Check's Negative News Alerts, emails that deliver timely notifications about any negative news found online regarding the cannabis operators you serve. The beta version of this feature is email only—we will email you with negative news that surfaces about a CRB in any stage of the relationship, as long as they have a license that is linked to our third-party tracking partner, CRB Monitor.
Account Monitoring: Cash Reconciliation
Added a cash reconciliation table to Monitoring Reviews so you can easily see cash sales compared to cash deposits and the cash variance at-a-glance!

How to:💡 Automate your monitoring reviews
Automated review schedules help you establish recurring monitoring reviews for your accounts without any manual intervention.
Simply navigate to the Internal tab of the desired account and follow the steps highlighted in this support center article.
Once the setup is complete, the automated review schedule will run seamlessly in the background, ensuring consistent monitoring of your accounts. You can rest assured knowing that reviews will be conducted at the specified frequency without requiring any further action on your part. Try setting up account monitoring reviews today!

On the horizon: PDF Report Support
We are working on PDF report support within the Green Check app, starting with an account "application snapshot." With this new functionality, you will be able to generate a snapshot of the application in PDF format, ensuring you have a convenient and easily accessible record of the account's submission details.
The PDF report will encompass all the relevant information, giving you a complete overview of the account's status, documentation, and associated data. Stay tuned for more updates. We can't wait to help you optimize your workflow with this exciting new feature and more to come
