Updates, insights, and how-tos to help you get the most out of the Green Check platform.
What's new
We launched our very first marketplace to cannabis-related businesses last month called Green Check Connect. Many of you are part of the marketplace already; if you want to learn more, please reach out to your account manager. We're excited to keep our mission going of providing CRBs with access to the financial services they need!
Speaking of needs, here's a glimpse into what we've released for you recently. Enjoy!
Accounts:
Archive/Deny CRBs within the app
Beginning next week, you will be able to archive/deny CRB accounts at any stage of the relationship! This adds more self-service capabilities to Green Check so you can easily archive or deny CRBs that you do not wish to serve or are no longer a part of your program. Stay tuned for a dedicated announcement!
Coming Soon: Tasks and Assignments!
Questionnaires & Due Diligence Templates:
Clone fields: Now, easily clone fields within due diligence templates and questionnaires to save you time when building custom fields. Simply click the icon shown to the right to copy all field information, including even smart rules.

How to: 💡View POS integration status
For those who have missed it, you can now check on your CRBs' point-of-sale connection within the Green Check app. This information empowers you to ensure that your CRBs are properly connected and that sales are regularly flowing in.
Visit the new Integrations section (within the Account Activity tab) or the Integrations tab on the Data page. Here's what you'll see:
- Each integration run we've kicked off so you can ensure things are running smoothly and that your CRB is properly connected.
- Details about the sales we retrieved on that integration run, including the number of sales and total dollar amount pulled in.

FYI: An upcoming switch to our MFA provider
We are upgrading the service provider used for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Auth0 (powered by Okta) is the new provider we have partnered with for securely authenticating into Green Check. As the cutover date gets closer, we will be in touch to prepare you with next steps. You'll simply be prompted to re-authenticate via the method of your choosing (either through an authentication app or SMS text).
Not using MFA yet? Click here for more information.
