Spotlight On:💡 The Green Check Metrc Integration 🆕

We are excited to share that we have launched our Metrc integration for your CRBs!

✅ Who is this integration for?

This integration is ideal if you have a CRB who isn't using one of our supported POS/invoice tracking integrations and are still manually uploading sales or invoices. Connecting Green Check with Metrc will ensure these CRBs no longer have to manually upload their sales.

✅ What is needed to connect?

Your CRBs will only need their Metrc API Key and license number. Once they have that info handy, they can use the Metrc tile on the Integrations page to connect. Read our full guide here.

✅ What does this integration mean for YOU

This integration is designed to pull in Transfers as they are received by the receiving facility. It reflects transfers of product between buyer and seller, but may not necessarily correspond to when the seller is paid for said product (e.g. invoices with net-30 payment terms). Rather than doing a one-to-one sale to deposit matchup, you may benefit from zooming out and looking at broader trends.  Read more about transfers here.

Understanding Transfer Details

In Daily Summaries, open the transfer drawer to view details about the transfer (or download these same details in the Raw Sales Data report). Here's a guide (see annotated image above):

  1. Invoice total
  2. Transfer line-items. See the number of units sold and the unit prices
  3. Invoice (transfer) number from Metrc. This can be used in the event that the CRB needs to look up transfers in Metrc.
  4. The recipient of the transfer. This recipient’s license number can also be found in the Raw Sales Data report.
