What’s New ✨
Streamlining Duplicate CRB Orgs
We're excited to announce a new feature aimed at simplifying the process for CRBs in Green Check. Previously, when inviting a CRB who already had an account, a new org would be created automatically, which caused friction.
Now, we've empowered CRBs by giving them control over this process. They can choose to use an existing Green Check org, benefitting from reusing documents and POS connections, or create a new one.
You may notice "pending" invited accounts as CRBs make their decision. Rest assured, you'll be promptly notified via email of any changes to keep you informed every step of the way.

Enhancing FinCEN
We have improved the underlying SAR functionality, in order to reduce load times and make 'subjects' more efficient. We are working on other FinCEN features, like surfacing SAR validation issues, so stay tuned for more exciting updates!
Did You Know...?
An easy way to move documents is coming soon
We're currently building a feature that enables you to 'move docs' if they've been uploaded to the wrong requirement. This should save you time and effort when organizing your accounts' data!
Psst, we prioritized this feature because of votes in the ideas portal—we take feedback seriously!
Increased Visibility
An audit trail for task ownership
When you or someone from your team enables task ownership toggles, you will now see a "last updated by" stamp showing who edited the toggle and when. This adds an extra layer of visibility.
How To 💡
Archive and deny accounts in Green Check
Reminder: You can easily archive or deny accounts that are no longer a good fit for your program at any stage—whether Invited, Awaiting Review, Review in Progress, or Active. This self-service functionality ensures you can manage your account workflows all in one place.
Follow these steps:
- Navigate to Accounts and select the account you wish to archive.
- If the account is in Invited, Awaiting Review, or Review in Progress, click into the account and then click View Account.
- In the header actions, select Archive Account.
- Fill out the necessary details, including termination reasons and explanation.
- Auto-Generated Reports: Decide if scheduled reports like FinCEN SARs or Monitoring Reviews should run.
- Manual Reports: Run any additional reports before archiving.
- Notify Account: The account will receive an email about the disconnection.

Answer to Guess the Green Check Feature 🤔
If you guessed Task Ownership... you WIN! We recently launched this feature to allow you to assign "owners" at the org level across Green Check app areas (Accounts, FinCEN, Monitoring, Core Data, and Manual Deposits).
This feature is designed to minimize noise and ensure that tasks are directed to the right people, streamlining your workflows. A fellow user remarked, "It's easy to use and helps me understand what I'm responsible for!"
