Green Check has introduced a solution empowering you to control the org invitation process. You now have the option to either utilize an existing organization or create a new one. This flexibility allows for the reuse of documents, business information, and POS connections, enhancing efficiency and simplicity.
How it works
- When a CRB is invited by a new service provider, they will be prompted to choose between utilizing an existing organization or creating a new one. They will be presented with all necessary information about the existing orgs tied to their username in order to help make the decision easier.
- If opting to use an existing company org, all relevant documents, business data, and POS connections associated with that organization will be retained.
- Service providers will receive notifications regarding any changes or updates to invited accounts, keeping them informed throughout the process.
