Streamline Duplicate CRB Orgs

Read on to learn how the de-dupe org process works within Green Check

This article provides guidance on the new feature introduced in Green Check aimed at simplifying the organization invitation process for Cannabis Related Businesses (CRBs). With this update, you as a CRB now have the option to reuse existing organizations, thereby reducing duplicate entries and streamlining the application process.

Previously, CRBs faced challenges with duplicate organization creation when invited by new service providers. This resulted in redundant efforts such as re-uploading documents, re-entering information, and encountering connectivity issues with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Solution

Green Check has introduced a solution empowering you to control the org invitation process. You now have the option to either utilize an existing organization or create a new one. This flexibility allows for the reuse of documents, business information, and POS connections, enhancing efficiency and simplicity.

How it works

  1. When a CRB is invited by a new service provider, they will be prompted to choose between utilizing an existing organization or creating a new one. They will be presented with all necessary information about the existing orgs tied to their username in order to help make the decision easier.
  2. If opting to use an existing company org, all relevant documents, business data, and POS connections associated with that organization will be retained.
  3. Service providers will receive notifications regarding any changes or updates to invited accounts, keeping them informed throughout the process.

This feature update in Green Check aims to alleviate challenges associated with duplicate organization creation and enhance the user experience for both CRBs and service providers.
