- Clue 2: My graphs and insights bring the data to life, allowing me to see trends in transaction behavior, sales activity, historical performance, etc.
- Clue 3: I can be run manually, or scheduled to run at regular intervals for individual accounts or MUO setups.

What's New 🙌
Accounts: Edit CRB Information—Now Available!
Experience enhanced self-service and efficiency with the introduction of the Edit CRB Information feature. Make real-time updates to cannabis business details to streamline your workflow and foster transparent collaboration. In other words, no need to contact support or the CRB to make changes... you can now do it yourself!
Accounts: Relationship Manager
Indicate who manages CRB accounts within your FI:
This is the first of many features designed to show ownership over CRB account relationships.
Use this feature to show which person or group owns the relationship, and use it to filter your Accounts tables!
Set a relationship manager at any stage of an account's relationship so everyone always knows who to contact for questions or information.
FinCEN (Coming Soon!)
Soon you will be able to insert a SAR Narrative (similar to Monitoring), which includes deposit and withdrawal amounts across specified payment types and account numbers. This feature means less manual work for you to complete and submit SARs!

How to:💡 Set a Relationship Manager for CRB Accounts 🆕
Setting a relationship manager helps your organization indicate who they should go to for questions on a specific account. It also serves as a way to help filter down accounts to see the ones that you're responsible for—or perhaps, a view into your team's responsibilities.
Here's how it works:
- Go to Accounts and click into a specific CRB.
- Click on the Internal tab.
- Use the new Relationship Manager dropdown to indicate an owner. This could be either an individual or a group.
- Be sure to save the page!
- Use the newly added filter within the Accounts tabs to filter by owner so you can see your or your team's accounts at-a-glance!
Currently, the relationship manager field a visual indicator of account ownership; however, we will be introducing new functionality to set task ownership as well, so you can determine who receives tasks across the app!
