Tasks & Assignments - System Generated Tasks:

  • To round out the Task & Assignments functionality, we released the ability to view system generated tasks within the Tasks table in Green Check. System generated tasks are items that are automatically generated by Green Check when certain events are triggered throughout the app.
  • Most system-generated tasks will automatically be marked as completed when the associated object is completed:
    • For instance, when a task is generated to complete a FinCEN SAR for a specific account, the "task" within the Tasks table will move to the Completed tab once that report has been completed by someone in your organization.
    • There are some caveats to this. For instance, core data tasks must be marked as completed "manually" since they usually require some intervention to be done outside of Green Check.

Monitoring:

  • Added a Cash Reconciliation table to Monitoring Reviews that simply displays cash sales compared to cash deposits and the cash variance. This can be found within the Transaction Analysis section of a review.

Bug fixes:

  • Dashboard - Daily Summaries Filter: Fixed an issue where child accounts were displaying as nested accounts under parents and as standalone accounts within the filter.
  • FinCEN SAR: Fixed validation issue for required field 24a when if data was deleted, the field would populate again with same characters.
  • Tasks & Assignments: Removed "archived users" from populating in the assignee field when creating a manual task.
  • Manual Upload: Fixed an issue where the correct upload modal wasn't being presented for the given business type
