Getting Started

Welcome to our guide on setting up Remote Check Capture for your Green Check Direct account. This service allows you to use your compatible smartphone or tablet to capture images of your check and send them electronically for processing.

  • Setting up an account:
    •  Login to your Green Check Direct account
    •  Request access to enroll in remote check capture
      • If you are not an administrator on the account, please reach out to your Green Check Direct administrator to request access
    • Once access has been requested, allow for 2-3 business days for your account to be reviewed and approved
    • Once approved, you will receive an email with your credentials
  • After you receive your credentials, please see the user guide on how to scan checks.
