Create Manual Tasks for your CRBs: Now you can create, track, and manage tasks internally (for people within your organization) as well as externally for your CRB accounts. Send your CRBs reminders and requests through the Tasks area.
Consolidated Questionnaires and Tasks into ONE navigation item called Tasks. You will be able to find distributed questionnaires within the External tab in Tasks
Tasks area redesign: The Tasks area is now broken out into two tabs: Internal and External. Internal tasks include all tasks that occur within your organization, regardless of status (auto-generated tasks, manual tasks, comment tasks); while external tasks include all tasks sent to your CRBs (which include manual tasks and questionnaires).
CreateTask: Choose between an internal or external task when creating new tasks. You can easily send external tasks to an individual or a group of your choosing upon creating.
Copy updated within 'archive account' modal to clearly indicate that FinCEN reports and monitoring reviews cannot be created after the account has been archived.
Bug Fixes:
FinCEN SAR: Delete Locations and Subjects bug fix applied to ensure data is deleted properly upon clicking the "delete" button for locations and subjects.
Custom Field update: For custom fields with type = text and format = number, leading zeros were not being stored correctly within certain fields. Fix was applied and data will be cleaned up accordingly.
