What to do if data is missing from a Metrc Wholesale integrated org

Calculating Invoice Totals in Metrc

Metrc does not provide invoice totals directly. Therefore, we calculate a "perceived total" for the invoice using the price per unit of the items in a Metrc wholesale transfer and the number of units sold.

If the items in Metrc don't have a unit price set, we cannot perform this calculation. In such cases, consider working with your CRB to confirm they use wholesale transfers.  If they use other transfer types, another integration method for uploading sales is needed as Metrc only requires item prices on wholesale transfers.
