Understanding the CRB Inbox

We've updated the CRB Inbox to streamline your workflow and make it easier to find and manage all your important tasks. Here's a breakdown of the features and how to navigate the enhanced Inbox.

What’s Included in the Enhanced CRB Inbox?

The CRB Inbox now includes:

  1. Questionnaires: Any questionnaires that need your attention.
  2. Tasks from your FI or SP: Any actionable tasks assigned to you.
  3. Comment-Related Tasks: New addition! This includes Comment Mentions, Comment Replies, and Assigned Comments (these are formalized tasks from comments that your service provider might create, which have an assignee and official due date).
    1. Comment Mentions and Comment Replies can be manually closed or will be auto-completed upon viewing the comment. The status of these are not visible by your service provider, and they are included in your Inbox so you can easily find everything in one place.
  4. Document Requests: Requests for documents will also be displayed, so you can keep track of what's needed and when.

How to Find and Use Your Inbox

  1. Accessing Your Inbox

    • Log in to your Green Check account.
    • Navigate to the Inbox tab in the main menu.
  2. Viewing Your Requests

    1. Your Inbox will display all current Open items. You can also see Completed items easily.
  3. Managing Your Tasks
    • Each item in your Inbox will show a brief description, due date, and status.
    • Click on any item to view details and take action.
  1. Using Deep Links

    • Each email related to a request will include a deep link. Clicking this link will take you directly to the specific task in your Inbox, eliminating the need to search.
