We are excited to announce an important enhancement to task management in Green Check. With the latest update (prompted by YOU), we've introduced built-in task reminders for all system-generated and manually created tasks, ensuring that no task goes unnoticed or overdue.
What's New
Automatic Task Reminders (for all FI and CRB Tasks):
- Approaching Due Date: Assignees will now receive reminder emails 7 days and 2 days before the task due date.
- Late: If the task is not completed by the due date, reminders will also be sent 2 days and 7 days after the due date to help manage overdue tasks.
Task Reminder Visibility: You can now view reminder details directly in the Task tables within Green Check:
- Last Reminder Sent: See the date the most recent reminder was sent.
- Next Reminder: Check when the next reminder will be sent if the task remains incomplete.

Why This Matters
Until now, you had to follow up on incomplete tasks via phone or email. With this update, Green Check takes care of this process for you—automating task reminders directly in the system. This not only saves time but ensures that tasks are followed up on consistently, improving accountability and reducing the risk of missed deadlines.
No action is required on your part—this update is now live and available for immediate use. This means all users will start receiving task reminders moving forward for incomplete tasks.
