Can you believe we’ve already made it to the end of 2024? What a year it's been! Thanks to YOU—our incredible partners—we’ve had the privilege of rolling out tons of new features that help you navigate the cannabis banking space more efficiently. And guess what? We’re just getting started.

JANUARY
Enhanced FinCEN Transaction Summaries
We’ve reorganized the FinCEN SAR 'Transaction Summary' drawer for smoother navigation. Now, you can easily choose payment types and automatically populate the Total and Cumulative Amount fields with just a click.
We’re all about making your workflow easier. Now you can filter tasks by the Created By field, helping you keep track of work that you or your team created. Plus, we added a toggle to hide "auto-generated" tasks—cutting down the noise while you work!
FEBRUARY
Self-Service & Real-Time Updates: No need to contact support or the CRB anymore—you can now edit cannabis business details directly! This enhancement lets you streamline your workflow and makes collaboration more transparent.
We’ve rolled out a new feature to help you assign a relationship manager to CRBs, so everyone knows exactly who to contact at any stage of the account’s journey. Stay organized and improve communication with this easy-to-use filter for your accounts.
MARCH
SARs just got a whole lot easier. You can now insert a SAR Narrative, including deposit and withdrawal amounts across specified payment types and accounts. This feature saves you time and manual entry.
We’re thrilled to launch our Metrc integration, perfect for CRBs who aren’t using one of our supported POS/invoice tracking systems. This integration automatically pulls in transfers as they’re received, so no more manual uploads.
Now, you can filter by Created By and Completed By in the Monitoring review tabs, making it even easier to find what you need.
APRIL
We rolled out a new way to assign ownership to specific users or groups for tasks in distinct areas of the app! This improvement makes your work more organized and ensures accountability across the board.
We’ve been working hard on improving load times across the Green Check app. Expect quicker performance when accessing your dashboard or running reports. This will be a heavy focus over the next few months, too.
MAY
Streamlining Duplicate CRB Orgs
CRBs now have control over whether to reuse an existing Green Check org or create a new one. No more automatically generating new accounts when inviting a CRB with an existing account—this gives your team more flexibility and saves time.
We’ve been working on improving FinCEN SAR functionality, especially around load times and subject efficiency.
Audit Trail for Task Ownership
Visibility just got better! When someone on your team edits task ownership, you’ll see who made the change and when, ensuring more transparency in task management. 
JUNE
This feature is a game-changer! Now, you can move documents between requirements within the app with a simple click—no more downloading and re-uploading. You can even copy documents from the "Other" folder directly to where they belong.
FinCEN SAR Validation Summary
We’ve launched a new tool to help identify errors or missing fields in SARs, consolidating them into a single view. You’ll get direct guidance on what needs attention, making it easier to submit accurate and complete SARs.
JULY
Supporting Tribal Nations just got easier. We’ve expanded support for licenses without state licenses, ensuring smooth onboarding for these CRBs.
AUGUST
All requests for your CRBs in one convenient inbox! And now, you can create “external” comment tasks, making it easier than ever to stay on top of everything.
SEPTEMBER
Portfolio Management Dashboard
We’ve officially launched a game-changing tool for cannabis banking. This premium dashboard lets you track revenue, target growth, and compare against peer data. Time to get serious about your cannabis banking program.
Persistent Filters
No more resetting filters as you move between pages. Now your filters stay exactly where you left them, no matter where you go.
OCTOBER & NOVEMBER
Never miss a deadline again. Automated task reminders for both upcoming and overdue tasks are now live and ready to help you stay on track.
Amended SAR Filing
Filing amended SARs just got easier. You can now duplicate and modify SARs with a few simple clicks, saving you valuable time.
