And just like that, 2022 has come to an end. In this month's newsletter, we are looking back on a fulfilling year of product launches and enhancements. Here's a summary of all that the Green Check product and engineering team delivered in 2022:

Green Check Verified 2.0
- User friendly and snappy design
- In-app comments (both internal and external)
- Parent/child relationship support

Account Updates
- Multiple account numbers
- Automated monitoring reviews
- Pre-account approval actions
- "Other" documents in one place
- Rename documents with a "friendly" name
- Inherit requirements when inviting child locations
Indirect CRB Support
- Support initial and ongoing due diligence across all types of CRB accounts, including indirect
- Create and manage multiple templates with custom fields
- Send ad-hoc and recurring questionnaires
- Use conditional logic to create customized due diligence workflows (smart rules)
- Report on all questionnaire data across accounts
- Delete questionnaires that were distributed to a group of CRBs
Account Monitoring
- The Data tab (core data and sales summary, SFTP core ingestions, and unmatched transactions)
- Account Monitoring Insights that summarize the data in a review
- Updates to reviews, including a comment summary, individual transaction drill down, and sales activity for the review period (unverified/unchecked)
- Core data admin role who can receive ingestion-related alerts
- Core data ingestion dry-runs
License Verification
- Automatically checks the status of each marijuana business license so you don't have to check each license manually
- Alerts on status changes to any given license
- Easily report on licenses across all CRBs to see which are active or expired, and when they were last checked
Point-of-Sale Integrations
- Released the following point-of-sale integrations for your CRB accounts: Canix, Brytemap, POSaBIT, and Proteus420
- Visibility into integrations requiring attention
- See each POS integration (and connection status) for individual accounts or across all accounts
FinCEN
- View core transactions within FinCEN SARs
- Pre-populate continuing activity SARs with data from previous reports
- Add branches and RSSD numbers
Other Enhancements
- Multi-factor authentication
- SFTP sales option for CRBs
- Several reports, including Users, Questionnaires, Marijuana Licenses, Core Transactions, Comments, and Account Summary details
