Metrc S2S Integration: Updated Metrc S2S Retail tile to now support the following states: CA, CO, MA, MD, MI, WV, OH, and OK.

Accounts: When switching between parent and child accounts, this previously required a refresh to see Activity > Sales Ingestion table. This has been fixed so the page does not require a refresh to view the related information.
