Introducing Negative News monitoring in Green Check

Negative News monitoring is now available to help financial institutions proactively identify and track adverse media related to cannabis businesses in their portfolio.

With this release, financial institutions can:

  • Automatically receive Negative News alerts tied to active CRB accounts

  • Review Negative News findings directly in Green Check

  • Generate and track tasks related to Negative News for documentation and follow-up

  • Maintain a clearer audit trail around how adverse information is reviewed and resolved

🔒 Important behavior update:
Negative News alerts are now sent only for active accounts. Archived CRBs will no longer receive Negative News monitoring or notifications, ensuring alerts remain relevant and actionable.

This feature supports ongoing monitoring expectations while reducing manual research and follow-up.

  • Improved ingestion handling so product and transaction details appear correctly after data syncs.

Bug Fixes & UI Improvements
