Invite and edit your CRB accounts' users with ease
View, invite, and edit user information from the Green Check app. Simply go to the Accounts > Account Users tab for any given account to get started. A CRB must "opt-in" to allowing their connected service providers to invite and edit user data on their behalf. If you see grayed out "invite" and "edit" buttons, this means they have opted out of allowing you to make changes. In this case, please contact support for more information.
To invite a CRB user, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Account tab and select the Account of your choice.
- Select the Account User tab.
- Click the Invite User button found in the top right.
- Fill out all necessary fields, including User Role.
- Click the Send Invite button.
You can also edit CRB user information. To edit user info, follow these steps:
- From the Account Users table, click on a row.
- Click the Edit User button. You'll be able to edit their name, address, and license information (if the user is an Account Owner or MOT user).
- For users who are "Pending" (meaning they haven't yet logged into Green Check), you can modify their email address, but once they have logged in, you cannot make changes to their email address.
- You can also use the Resend Welcome Email button to trigger a welcome email to a user who has previously been invited but has not yet logged into Green Check.
- Please note: When editing CRB user information, the user whose info has been edited will receive a notification alerting them of these changes. Also any Account Owner will receive an alert about the user whose info has been edited as well, so please only make necessary changes to facilitate the relationship.
