Are you receiving a pg_hba.conf error when attempting to connect your Green Check Verified account with your Biotrack account? Not to worry, this article should help you to resolve that issue.
If you receive an error that reads "INFO error: no pg_hba.conf entry" this means you are a bit ahead of the curve and the biotrack team hasn't yet set up this "user" on your biotrack server. You'll want to reach out to your biotrack representative to let them know you've received this error, at which point they'll make a tweak to your server to fix this issue.
After that is finished, you should be able to reconnect.
