Delete an Open Review

Admin users may need to delete an open review from time to time.  The steps below outline how to accomplish this.

  • Log into your GCV account
  • Select Monitoring on the lefthand side
  • Select Open Reviews and switch the layout to Table View (vs. Card View)
  • Switch the layout to Table View (vs. Card View) by clicking the appropriate icon in the upper righthand corner
  • Check the box(es) next to the review(s) that you'd like to delete
  • Select the Actions button to delete the selected review(s)
