Export reports

There are a number of reports that you can export directly out of Green Check to support your reporting and analysis needs. These reports include:

  • Account Summary: Export a detailed summary of your accounts.
  • Daily Summaries: Export a summary of sales totals by day over a period of time.
  • Deposits: Export a detailed summary of every deposit over a period of time.
  • FinCEN CTR Summary: Export a detailed summary of every Currency Transaction Report over a period of time.
  • FinCEN SAR Summary: Export a detailed summary of every Suspicious Activity Report over a period of time.
  • Raw Sales Data: Export raw sales data as it was received from the POS or invoice tracking system over a period of time.
  • Sales Activity: Export a detailed summary of every sale over a period of time.
  • User Reports: Export a report of the users in your organization or the users of your CRB accounts.
  • Questionnaire Report: Export a summary report with completion information (by account) or a detailed report with all questionnaire responses (by questionnaire name). Only the detailed report will provide the actual questions and responses.
  • Marijuana Licenses Report: Export a detailed summary of all Marijuana Licenses tied to your accounts, which includes all status information.
  • Core Transactions Report: Export a detailed summary of all core transactions tied to your accounts.
  • Comments Report: Export a detailed summary of all comments from selected accounts within a chosen timeframe.
    • How to view threaded comments: To  see grouped comments, use the Type of Comment column (which shows whether the individual comment is a Parent Comment, meaning the original comment, or a Comment Reply, which is a reply to the original comment) along with the Thread ID to group conversations together. The Thread ID will be identical for grouped comments. Here's an example of a threaded comment string in the report:

Export a report

  • In your Green Check account, navigate to the Reports page.
  • Click Create Export in the box of the report in which you wish to export.
  • Select the desired Account(s) and/or Users in the pop up.
  • Click Export Report.

Download a report

Once you export a report, you have two ways to download the file as soon as it's ready:

  • From the notification created in your Green Check account (both in the notifications drawer and a pop-up alert at the top of your screen)
  • Using the link sent to you via email

Please Note: The download link will expire 1 hour after the report is generated
