Connect POSaBIT to Green Check
POSaBIT provides its users with a unique API Token that can be used to integrate with other systems like Green Check.
To connect POSaBIT to Green Check, you'll complete three steps:

Create your API Token in POSaBIT

Add Green Check as an integrator on your venue.

Enable the integration in Green Check.
Step 1: Create your API Token
Follow steps 1–4 outlined here to create your API Token in POSaBIT. You'll enter this token in Green Check in Step 3, so keep it handy.
Step 2: Add Green Check as an integrator on your venue
This step must be completed by the venue. POSaBIT administrators cannot add an integrator on your behalf, so you'll do this from inside your own POSaBIT venue portal.
- Log in to the venue portal you're adding the integrator to.
- Under the Settings menu, go to the Integration Connections (NEW) page.
- Locate Green Check in the list of integrators and select Add.
- On the page that opens, enable the following fields:
- Active?
- Share Customer PII Data
- Share Employee PII Data
- Click Save.
Your selections should match the example below, with all three boxes checked:
Important: check Share Customer PII Data
If Share Customer PII Data is not checked in POSaBIT, your sales will come into Green Check as unchecked. Customer PII is required for Green Check to verify sales, so be sure this box is enabled before you save.

Step 3: Enable the integration in Green Check
Once you've generated your API Token and added Green Check as an integrator in POSaBIT, configure the integration in Green Check.
- In your Green Check account, navigate to Company Profile > Integrations.
- Click the POSaBIT card.
- Enter your API Token.
- Click Connect.
After you connect
After you connect the POSaBIT integration to Green Check, your integration status will show as Connected. We run a nightly process that pulls in sales, so you should see your sales begin to appear in the Green Check Dashboard within 24 hours.
