Made websocket improvements across the app, ensuring users properly receive messages from the app regarding workflows (no more missing sales upload success messages)
Updated the integrations ingestion report on the Account page to display only the successful ingestion run if the first of two ingestions failed
Removed filtering mechanisms from the Growflow sales ingestor to include preorder sales
Made performance improvements on the Accounts page, creating efficiencies around how data is loaded and thereby improving load times

Fixed an issue where certain fields from the CTR weren't being displayed properly when exporting to PDF
Fixed an issue where creating a 'Send Now' questionnaire displayed different due dates for the FI and CRB if they were in different time zones; now dates just reflect the FI's timezone.
Fixed an issue with the BSA FinCEN export, where the XML was causing upload issues
