Edit CRB user information in the Account Users section. This includes name, email address (for pending users only), address, and license information. Simply click the Edit User button. Learn more in this support center article.
Along with this feature, we released a CRB company-wide "opt-in" toggle that allows CRBs to indicate whether they will allow their connected FI to make changes on their behalf. If it is turned off, you will not be able to invite or edit users.
A CRB's Account Owners, as well as the users you make changes to, will receive email alerts after a user has been invited or a change has been made to a user.
Resend Welcome Email button added to Account Users area to easily resend a welcome email to a user who hasn't logged in yet.
