Product Update: The Green Check User Community

We are so excited to share that our new Green Check User Community is now available ! 🎉 This community is a private, members-only space built for financial institutions on the Green Check platform. It is accessible through the Support question mark icon at the bottom left of your screen:

  • Peer Discussion: Connect with compliance teams at other institutions working through the same challenges you are

  • Q&A: Get answers to platform and program questions from the Green Check team and your peers

  • Resources & How-To's: Guides, workflows, and best practices to get more out of the platform

  • Events: Live office hours and user group sessions

Note: if your institution uses deep packet inspection or restricts HTTPS traffic by domain, ask your IT team to allow traffic on port 443 for the domains listed above. We suggest connecting with your IT or security team to avoid any delays getting into the community.

We built this space around your day-to-day: preparing for an audit or exam, learning how to perform platform functions in Green Check, or working through a tricky account situation with input from people who've been there. We think you'll put it to use fast.
