Product Update: Negative News now in Green Check

Negative News alerts were introduced to help your team stay informed of potential risks tied to your CRBs. With this release, we are taking the next step by bringing Negative News directly into the Green Check platform.

You no longer need to leave Green Check to research or manage these alerts. Everything now lives inside the account, so your team can move from awareness to action in one place.

Why this matters

✅ Centralized workflow: Negative News items now live directly within each CRB account, making it easy to review alerts, assign risk levels, and dismiss false positives without leaving Green Check.

✅ Stronger documentation & collaboration: Add comments, track who reviewed each alert and when, and maintain an audit trail for internal visibility.

 ✅ Faster, more consistent decisions: Email notifications now deep link directly to the relevant account so your team can move from notification to research and resolution in a single step. No action is required on your end. You will continue receiving Negative News emails as alerts come in, and each email will take you straight to the new Negative News area.

 Note: The Negative News section in Green Check displays new alerts from January 1st moving forward. Any Negative News alerts that were sent by email before this date will not appear in the app and will remain available only in email.
