Your team can now reassign tasks and update due dates directly in Green Check — no more chasing people down or managing this outside the platform. See what's new:

✅ Reassign tasks with clear ownership

• Reassign any open task to a user or group directly from the task drawer

• You can also update multiple tasks at once for grouped monitoring reviews

• The new assignee is notified automatically

✅ Update due dates where you need to

• Edit due dates on individual tasks or at the grouped level (like monitoring reviews or questionnaires)

• Grouped updates apply across the full distribution to keep reminders aligned

✅ Built-in guardrails to keep things clean

• Reassignment is limited to users/groups included in the original assignment for access and permission purposes

• Completed tasks, FinCEN tasks, and comment tasks can’t be edited

• Due dates must be set in the future

Why this matters:

When tasks are assigned to groups, it’s not always obvious who’s actually responsible for getting them done. This gives your team a simple way to assign clear ownership and adjust timelines in real-time, so nothing sits or slips through the cracks.
