Move Documents With Ease!
We're excited to introduce a new feature that allows you to easily move documents between requirements! No more manual downloads and re-uploads—just select your document and move it where you need it. You can also copy documents from the "Other" folder with one click. Head to your Accounts > Documents tab to start using this time-saving feature today!
We prioritized this feature because of votes in the ideas portal—we take feedback seriously!

FinCEN SAR Validation Summary
Our new feature identifies errors or missing fields in SARs, consolidating them into a single view and linking directly to areas requiring attention. Quickly pinpoint and address issues with direct guidance, ensuring accurate and complete reports! Simply fill out your SAR and click Validate & Save to see your validation summary.
Did You Know...?
Tribal Nation License Support is Coming
We're excited to announce this feature is in development! Soon, CRBs with a tribal nation marijuana business license will be able to upload their license and provide details without a state-issued license. Stay tuned for more updates.
How To 💡
Move Documents to Other Requirements
In case you missed the email announcement last week... the move documents feature is now available. You can either move docs between requirements, and even copy docs out of the 'Other' folder into requirements.
Here's how it works:
- Go to Accounts, find an account, and click the Documents tab.
- Click on the Requirement where the doc you want to move is located.
- Move the Document:
- In the document table, locate the document you wish to move.
- Use the Move Document action available in the table.
- Select the target requirement where you want the document(s) to be moved.

Answer to Guess the Green Check Feature 🤔
If you guessed Parent/Child Relationships... you are the winner! This feature has been around for awhile now, but here's a refresher. This feature helps you manage your accounts more effectively by allowing you to see common ownership and shared attributes like documents or account numbers.
Since Green Check requires an individual account record per location, this configuration is particularly helpful when you have a single bank account that is used by an entity with multiple locations or licenses. Learn more here!
