Product Update: Customized Narrative Templates (August 2026)

You've been asking for this one and it's now available!

Customized Narrative Templates are live. Your team can start building today in Settings → Narrative Templates. Build a library of reusable templates for Monitoring reviews and FinCEN SARs, with dynamic data points that auto-fill from the review. No more rewriting the same language every time.

What's new:

✅ Build custom narrative templates for the scenarios you write over and over
✅ Some examples: Clean Routine Reviews, Adverse Findings, Priority SARs, Continuing SARs, Cash-Intensive Accounts
✅ 40+ dynamic data points auto-fill from the review (business name, review period, transaction data, license status, and more)
✅ Current default narratives are pre-loaded as editable starter templates
✅ One template covers standalone AND parent/child reviews; data points adapt automatically

How to get started:

• Head to Settings → Narrative Templates and click Create Template. You'll notice the current narratives are already loaded as editable starter templates.

• Write your narrative in the Builder and click Insert Data Point to add data points wherever they should auto-fill.

• Publish the template so your team can use it. When completing a Monitoring review or filing a SAR, reviewers pick from the Insert Template dropdown. Data points fill automatically and you can edit freely from there.
