All cash credits are picked up from your location address, verified at a secure vaulting facility, and then credited to the Federal Reserve
Cash is credited into your account within 1-2 Business Days and the following checklist will help ensure your pickups are successful:
- Cash transaction slips are filled out and included in every cash collection bag.
- Credit amounts are written on every cash collection bag.
- All pickups require at least 72-hour notice.
- Cash collection bags are prepared prior to pick up (an armored car will be on-site for 10 minutes and any delays may result in additional fees).
- Checks cannot be accepted by armored courier.

Need more transaction slips? Follow these instructions:
- In your PayQwick Portal, select the tab on the left-hand side that reads "Transaction Slips".
- Download "Cash Transaction Slip" and print.
