      Connect Jane to Green Check

      You can now integrate your Jane POS account with Green Check to automatically sync your sales data. This eliminates the need to manually upload your daily sales files and ensures your reports stay accurate and compliant.

      Before You Begin

      You’ll need three items from your Jane POS dashboard:

      1. API Key

      2. Merchant ID

      3. Store ID

      Step 1: Retrieve Your API Key

      1. Log in to your Jane POS dashboard.

      2. Go to Settings → Integrations → 3rd Party Integrations.

      3. Find Green Check in the list of integrations.

      4. Copy the API Key associated with Green Check.

      If you don’t have one, reach out to the Jane Partner Success Team and request an API Key for the Green Check integration.

      Step 2: Find Your Merchant ID and Store ID

      1. While logged in to your Jane POS dashboard, look at the URL in your browser’s address bar.
        You’ll see something like this:

        /merchant/YOUR_MERCHANT_ID/venue/YOUR_STORE_ID/

      2. Copy both IDs.

        • Your Merchant ID is between /merchant/ and /venue/.

        • Your Store ID is between /venue/ and the next /.

      Step 3: Connect Jane in Green Check

      1. In Green Check, navigate to Company Profile → Integrations.

      2. Find Jane POS and click Connect.

      3. Paste your:

        • API Key

        • Merchant ID

        • Store ID

      4. Click Connect.

      Once connected, Green Check will automatically begin pulling your Jane sales data. You can verify the connection in your Integrations tab.
